Though Tokyo at the weekend and Beijing next week will bring the 2013 FINA/Arena World Cup to its conclusion, we know the names of the champions: Katinka Hosszu (HUN) for a second year running and Chad le Clos (RSA) for the second time in his career after victory in 2011 on the way to becoming Olympic champion in London
