Obituary: Dimitrij Mancevič, the Belarus coach who steered Slovenia’s top swimming talent for many years, has passed away after a long illness. He was 58. Mancevič served a mentor to Peter Mankoč, the Slovenian sprinter who claimed 40 medals for his country in international waters, and Dimitry Balandin, who became Kazakhstan’s first Olympic swim champion when he claimed the 200m breaststroke crown at Rio 2016
