Warren Scott Karsten and those assisting him have dealt a blow to the sport and South African swimming with a positive steroid test. The swimmer testes positive for 19-Norandrosterone and 19-Noreticholanolone (Class S.1.1.b Endogenous Anabolic Androgenic Steroids) at nationals back in April. In all the FINA doping cases for this year, listed below, just one extends to a second party beyond the athlete, indicating the journey that anti-doping has ahead of itself
