Adam Peaty set a World Championship 100m breaststroke record of 57.75 and Sarah Sjostrom served notice of her record-breaking swim to come with 55.77 in the 100 fly as they took top billing in their respective semi-finals in Budapest. Katinka Hosszu and Caeleb Dressel were also on scorching form, the former clocking 2:07.14 in the 200IM while Dressel heads the 50m fly into Monday’s final in 22.76, an American record.
