It is amazing that two Olympic champions from 2004 are still in the sport at the highest level competing with swimmers half of their age. I hope both Roland and Grant will make it to Rio.

Also should note that age group record breaker Michael Andrew will be competing here at SA nationals and is competing in multiple events , he is going in 5th tonight in the 100m Breast tonight with a 1:03.62, Van Der Burgh 1st with a 1:01.66

Myles Brown went an impressive 3:46.08 in the 400m freestyle !!!! Impressive time
