Olympic champion Kyle Chalmers was forced to withdrawal from a showdown with Cameron McEvoy in the 100 metres freestyle at the Hancock Prospecting Australian Short Course Championships in Brisbane this evening after suffering a sudden attack of Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT).
