Philip Heintz sped to the helm of the world rankings with his second German 200m medley record on the second day of action at German nationals in Berlin: after wiping a second off his own standard in heats to leave the mark at 1:56.59, he returned this afternoon to add a 1:55.76 hammer blow to his previous high.
