Penny Oleksiak, the Olympic 100m freestyle champion, is returning to her home club for the next step in her career. The 17-year-old from Toronto who followed up a stunning Olympic debut with a mixed bag of results that suggested her post-Rio commitments had disrupted her preparations, will be rejoining the Toronto Swim Club this season, under head coach Bill O’Toole, Swimming Canada has announced.
