According to Ryan Lochte’s father, Steve, his son will not undergo surgery for the left-knee injury he suffered last weekend. Lochte, the 11-time Olympic medalist, suffered a tear to the MCL and a sprained ACL when an overzealous teenage fan ran at the multi-event star and ultimately toppled him to the ground.
