Yannick Lebherz took down the German 400m medley record with a 4:12.47 in the opening men’s final at nationals in Berlin this evening. His own German mark had stood at 4:14.02 since June nationals two years ago; nationals will feature Britta Steffen this week but no Paul Biedermann
