Lacourt Bumps Up a Spot in 50 Back

The way the 100 backstroke went for Frenchman Camille Lacourt did not sit well. After winning a share of the world title in that event back in 2011, Lacourt was tabbed as an Olympic-title contender. However, he failed to medal in London and earlier this week, Lacourt finished of the podium again in the two-lap backstroke. Maybe he’ll find solace in what went down in the 50 back.
