Five times Olympic gold medallist Katie Ledecky thundered inside the pace of any other women this year over 800 and 1500m and all-time over 30 laps as the Santa Clara leg of the Pro Swim tour got underway today. At 15:35.65, via an 8:19.47 split, Ledecky now has seven of the best 10 1500m efforts ever, including the top six. Her win today comes in at No5 and stands out among the six as the only one on a list topped by a 15:25.48 that was not a world record
