Swimming New Zealand’s new national head coach Jerry Olszewski has set out his stall: new culture, new habits and new competition cycle. It is not all new: that will only be the case if Olszewski gets to do what he arrived to do in a place where others have tried and failed, swimmers and coaches among those pointing a finger at domestic blazers who, they say, have been too self-serving and have held back progress.
