Britain needs Ben Proud to improve his 100m freestyle for the relays. Has he ever been under 49 s in that race?

48.88 at ASA nationals last year, for33 … I get the impression he has swifter moments ahead of him …

Thank you, Mr. Lord, for the info. I believe that Adam Barrett will also improve his 100m butterfly, so that Great Britain will have one of the strongest medley relay quartets for World Championships and Olympics.
