Wow Federica! 3’58” without a properly training for this distance! As she said, she’ll start to work for the 400 freestyle in next January, but she still managed to swim so good today (despite she suffered a little back injury last week)
And now I can’t wait to see what she can do tomorrow on the 200 freestyle. Today she’s not so resistant on the long races, but she’s faster than ever in the shorter ones…
