Several months ago, Katie Ledecky set a world record in the 1500-meter freestyle with a performance for the ages, one in which she was under record pace from the outset. On Saturday night, Ledecky again assaulted the record book, this time in the 1650-yard freestyle on the final night of the United States Winter Nationals in Knoxville, Tennessee.
