Dan Wallace, an Olympic team member and one of Britain’s World-Champion 4x200m freestyle quartet in 2015, has  issued an apology after being suspended from all national programmes in Great Britain for a period of three months due to a violation of the athlete code of conduct: the Commonwealth medley champion pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of alcohol.
