A day of quirky results continued to pan out in the 100m freestyle final when 2015 World Champion Bronte Campbell powered past 2013 World Champion and sister Cate Campbell for a 52.27 Games-record victory over 52.69. Taylor Ruck, of Canada, took bronze in 53.08.
