Lauren Boyle, of New Zealand, is looking good for Barcelona world titles: at the French Open in Vichy today, she followed up on an 8:23.08 negative-split victory in the 800m freestyle with a 1:58.77 bronze in a 200m free final dominated by Camille Muffat (FRA) in 1:56.45; Muffat now has five of the best 10 200m free swims in the world this year

I admit it was an impressive showing of endurance by Boyle as a whole. This makes good for Women’s middle-distance races. I’m waiting Women’s 400m free tomorrow, Boyle vs. Muffat.
