Phillipe Lucas really know how to train female distance swimmers.

The transformation of Rouwendhal from a backstroke specialist to distance swimmer is simply breathtaking.

I just think it was a mistake that Pellegrini left Lucas after successful 2011 Shanghai (back to Italy just so she could be with her boyfriend), resulting in no medal in London.
