The second and last day of action at the 4th round of the 2013 FINA World Cup in Dubai shuffled the season world top 10 with 23 new entries, 10 among men, 13 among women. The highest entry among women was a No2 slot for Alia Atkinson (JAM) in the 100 medley, while Radoslaw Kawecki (POL) was the highest new entry among men, in at No 4 in the 50m backstroke
