Breaker Ariarne Titmus bolted through the 4:05 for the national 400m freestyle crown, distance double and twin tickets to the World Championships in the curtain-closing session of the Hancock Prospecting Australian Championship in Brisbane today. On a massive best of 8:23, down from 8:37, for her Gold Cap and Dolphin number earlier in the five-day meet, Titmus, 16, delivered on a promise of going big over eight laps with a dominant 4:04.82 triumph that crushed her previous best by four seconds
