CAR is the best Altitude facility in the world….. don’t belieive me ?
Go see for yourself ….

Madame

Eight world class performers… Craig, you are kidding me, right?

@PotoSlater [have you] never been to any other altitude centres?

Craig Lord

Madame – 6 of the 8 have reached international podiums senior and/or junior or, in one case, senior international final; two are yet to achieve that but seeing what I saw I would imagine that it will be a matter of time. As for the term world-class; it also refers to the daily dedication to their work over long hours. I saw fine commitment and good work – world-class does not simply mean you have to have a medal at the Olympics… my reference sits in the context of what I saw, not what the international result sheet tells us so far.

They all sound like world class athletes to me. A facility like this one reminds me of how some adults go to rock and roll fantasy camps to go live the dream. This place sounds like that, but for swimming. This article also works rather well if you substitute the word altitude with attitude.
I’d love to go, get injured, probably groin muscle first, followed by… Other groin. then jam a finger pulling on the lane line.
