A report by USA Today states that Ryan Lochte has been given a 10-month ban for his participation in the gas-station incident that arose during the Rio Games. The penalty would include exclusion from the 2017 World Championships, the penalty mirroring that handed to Michael Phelps after his drink-drive charge in 2014.

I think Lochte’s punishment is fair and he can have no complaints.
