The two swimmers pre-selected to race for Germany at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Marco Koch and Paul Biedermann, rubber-stamped their tickets to Rio with strong winning performances in the curtain-closing session at German nationals and Olympic trials today; Alexandra Wenk sets 57.7 German 100 fly record; Essen sprinters dominate the dash finals, Dorothea Brandt on 24.6 and Damian Wireline on 21.8; and Jan Philip Glania adds the 100 back to his Rio roster
