I really enjoy these insights from coaches, keep them coming. It’s good to see some coverage of some of the European swimmers too.

I think Mireia Belmonte might do something special in Barcelona, she looks the sort to thrive under the pressure of a home crowd, and it’s interesting to read how Fred has encouraged her to look on it as a positive thing rather than a drain on her. I hope it works for them both, some home success will really get the crowds fired up.
