He wins the 200im but I would be surprised if he medals in the 200fs even though it’s missing most it’s stars.

Yep, Lochte is the heavy favorite in 200 IM, and now that Agnel, Park, Hagino (my three strong potential medalists for 200 free apart from Yang) are out, Lochte has a chance to medal in 200 free.

men 200 free was supposed to be the potential blockbuster on the men’s side just like it is on the women’s side. Can you imagine:
Agnel, Yang, Park, Biedermann, Hagino, Lochte, Izotov, mcEvoy in one race… sigh…
