Pawel Juraszek zoomed to number 4 on the 2017 world rankings with a sizzling 21.68 Polish record for the national freestyle dash criown on the opening day of action at world-title qualifiers in Lublin. The standard had stood to Konrad Czerniak at 21.72 since the Rome 2009 world-championship circus of shiny suits. World championships podium placer Radoslaw Kawecki rose to world rank No6 in the 200m backstroke when he pressed the button for Budapest with a 1:55.79
