Evgeny Korotyshkin, the captain of the Russian swim team who claimed silver in the Olympic 100m butterfly final at London 2012, has been elected head of the Anti-Doping Committee of Russian Swimming Federation. He comes to office stating that Russian athletes need to ” consider the use of doping a crime”.
