Craig, Beatriz Gómez trains with Bart Kizierowski in Madrid, not with Vergnoux.

I didn’t write that she was trained by Fred, Jorge: I say a third swimmer coached by Fred finished top 4 … and last time I visited the squad, those 3 swimmers were indeed there training together:
” The bronze went to Gomez in 15:56.42, while a third member of coach Fred Vergnoux‘s squad coming down from altitude camp in the Sierra Nevada, Jimena Perez “

I’ve read that Belmonte (and many others spanish swimmers) won’t swim at European s/c Championships but at Amsterdam Swim Cup, a long-course event, from 10 to 13 december. Confirmed?

Craig Lord

They are definitely down to swim in Amsterdam, Paolo – but some will swim in Netanya, according to reports in Spanish media (I don’t know which yet…)

Thanks, Craig.
