Canada has had a very fine year. The good news rolls on, with 17-year-olds Mary-Sophie Harvey and Sarah Darcel cracking out a 4:26 Canadian record and a 4:29 effort respectively over 400 medley at the short-course Ontario Junior International in Toronto. And then there was 16-year-old Rebecca Smith, setting a provincial record of 1:52.99 in the 200m freestyle. And Britain’s Imogen Clark on 1:05.12 in the 100m breaststroke. The junior waves is rolling.
