Britain’s youth squad soared to the helm of the medals table on the secondf day of action at the European Junior Championships in Hódmezovásárhely, Hungary, with golds for Emily Large in the 200m butterfly, Freya Anderson in the 100m freestyle and Tazmin Pugh in the 200m backstroke before Tom Derbeyshire put the icing on the cake with victory in the 1500m freestyle. There was silver for their teammate Holly Hibbot, too

We will have a clearer picture on the future of the younger brigade after the Juniour Pan Pacs in August and comparing times……..
