I know it’s off topic, but…did someone know if is possible to watch somewhere the Vichy Open? Thank you 😉

aswimfan

I remember I watched the Vichy Open live streaming either last year or two years ago, so it may be possible again this year.
Just google it.

By the way, Tamas Kenderesi swam 1:54 while having PB in the 100 in 53.3?

Boy, once he get stronger and faster, he will be scray good in 200.

Fabio, the official site is here:

Great time from Krisztian. Now on par with some of the greats in the sport.

A while ago on the thread about Steenbergen, there was quite a hefty debate about sprinters needing to be tall.

Anyone who has met Krisztian now knows that dynamite does come in small packages.

He may very well be an exception to the rule, but the list of exceptions is a fast growing one.

Craig Lord

Yes, Wez, relatively speaking … he’s not exactly titchy … nearly 6ft 2 🙂

Wez

@Craig- as tall as that? I swam against him in 2012 at the Hungarian Nationals, he seem that much taller than myself, and I am 5ft11.

Anyway, a great time. Would be super to see him put together a great 100 as well.

Fabio, you need to search google for “watch French eurosport online,” as they are broadcasting it:
On Saturday, July 4, at 18:00 on Eurosport 2 and delayed at 01:00 on Eurosport 1.
On Sunday, July 5, at 18:30 on Eurosport 1.

Also, World Uni. games online here:

ITR

Krisztian is about 182 centimeters at max but I think he is even shorter a little.

Craig Lord

ITR – three official profiles of Kristian list him as 1:85. Maybe they’re all wrong…

Fabio

Thank you guys, but unfortunately I didn’t find any live stream working 🙁
But I just read that Federica Pellegrini swam the 200 free in 1’55″00, her personal best in textile, and that makes me very happy 🙂

aswimfan

You don’t have to be really tall to be fast sprinter as long as you are talented, but being really tall certainly helps and will give you much upside potential.

Would Cate Campbell have been as fast as she is now if she had been as short as Yolane Kukla?
I doubt it.
