Swimming Mom

Katinka is an amazing swimmer on the SC circuit at the moment, I don’t know how she does it. But well done.

I don’t know what the others swimmers including me are doing wrong? Why do we feel tired and exhausted after a tough race like 100 fly or 800 free? Obviously it is no problem (just a lot of good training) to race 800 free, 200 free, 100 fly, 50 back, 200 IM, and 200 back within less than 2 hours on elite level….
I am looking forward for her races today, what is on the menu? 400 IM, 200 fly,100 back, 100 IM, 400 free? No problem… 🙂

We will be saying more on this theme in the not too distant…
