I didn’t know Pelton had a 1:58 200 free mid-season in her. Teri had done great work preparing her swimmers transitioning to LCM

roy,
right now, I would put money (in order) Manaudou,Fratus and Cielo.
On girls side, Sarah,Cate and Ranomi.

Rafael

Roy I would add fratus on the mix hoping to see a 21,3 from him

I feel that if Manadou gets his start all right, he wins it for sure.

I’m taking encouragement from Ryan Murphy and Kendyl Stewart’s performances here, which are faster than they were this time kast year.

By the way, how many top college swimmers are red-shirting from NCAA next year?
It seems most canadian swimmers are doing it, as are Ledecky, Weitzel, etc

I wonder if NCAA swimmers who are not red-shirting will be at disadvantage since they will be mostly training in SCY and had to taper in March for the championships.

Little known fact: the top NCAA teams (Georgia, Florida, Cal, etc) train in both LC and SC. Chase Kalisz said in a recent interview from Swimming World Magazine (on Youtbe) that he trained LC, “…most of his practices all year at Georgia.”
