Happy Birthday, MP! I am looking forward to Nationals in august and of course Rio next year!

Great piece. Al Oerter was discus thrower. Danish sailor Paul Elvstrøm won four in row from 1948 to1960

Thank you Craig

I hold out hope that Michael can be successful in his bid to win gold at the Rio Olympics. The one whom I give credit (for this hope) is Sir Steven Redgrave winning gold at the Sydney Olympics at the ripe age of 38 in rowing. If Sir Steven can do win gold at five consecutive Olympic Games, I believe Michael can do so as well in Rio (though it would be gold at four consecutive Games but his fifth overall). Sir Steven was 38 when he accomplished this feat. Just something for Michael to aim for.
