Day 2 heats are done at the European Short-Course Championships at the Jyske Bank Boxen Arena in Herning, Denmark. This morning brought more set-up moments for Russia’s day 1 gold-winners Yuliya Efimova, in the 200m breaststroke, and Vladimir Morozov in the 100m freestyle on a day when they will race together in the mixed medley relay. Up against Efimova in the 200 breaststroke is world l/c record holder Rikke Moeller Pedersen, a third headliner, with Lotte Friis and Jeanette Ottesen, for the hosts today; Efimova and Pedersen both on 2:19s in heats once more.
