A strong performance in 400 free from Belmonte-Garcia, and soon after 200 fly, which is not one of the easiest events in swimming. It seems Hosszu didn’t give her best in 200 fly with her time of 2:16.62. In preliminaries she posted a time of 2:11.70. I presume that she tried to preserve herself but for what? I believe Hosszu tried to achieve the highest possible number of FINA points in 200IM which was the next event for Women.

And “DanishSwimFan” can be more than happy about Møller-Pedersen’s 100m breast :). New PB! The time would have entitled her to the podium place in London. I am confident she is easily capable of inside 1:06 at Word Championships. If so, there begins to be some justified medal prospects also in 100m breast due to Soni’s absence this year.
