Chen Xinyi, of China, has tested positive for a banned substance, according to the Estadao news outlet in Sao Paulo. There is no official confirmation of the news but a FINA spokesman here at the Rio Aquatics Centre said: “No Comment.” The case is now before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Rio.
