I think Cordes can surprise and win, if he doesn’t rush his strokes towards the last 25 m

Lawrie Cox

Craig and John you do an excellent job on the records and previews.
On this one how will you define the records post Barcelona? As we will be conducting “Butterfly Lite” as a result of the ill thought out rule changes that appear to be continuing through the congresses without a great deal of opposition.
In Australia we have had our swimmers, coaches and officials campaign against the change but our Board appears to want to wimp it as ‘we cant rock the boat’. The Bureau is waving it through on the basis it is supported by the Swimming Technical Committee. I note that the WSCA is opposed but again on weight of numbers it appears to be a foregone conclusion.
Hope to see Christian, Brenton and Sally do well in what appears to be last of breaststroke races under current rules.

Funny that Gyurta is “bubbling but not to be forgotten” because of his times this year. I think it would be shocking if he missed a medal

Also- is Vlad doing the 50 breaststroke?

“bubbling but not forgotten” only refers to times recorded this year, but in the article, Craig Lord clearly wrote Gyurta is the favorite to win 200.

Dugonjič is Slovenian not Croatian.
