Great swim from Litchfield this morning, pb by nearly 1.5 secs. Could be a medal shot tomorrow and if his form transfers, also in the 400IM. Could also be good news for the 4×2. From the 400, it doesn’t look like Milne is in top form, so GB need others to step up. I guess Jarvis and Grainger are the options, but in this form, Litchfield might be in mid-1:46 form to lead off.
