World Championships, Day 2 heats – Budapest: Good morning from the Duna Arena in Budapest. Craig Lord and Liz Byrnes are here to report on the second morning of action at world titles, rolling reports below, latest news at the top. Today brings the heats of the women’s, then men’s, 100m backstroke, with defending champions Emily Seebohm and Mitch Larkin, Australian sweethearts, getting their missions underway. The women’s 100m breaststroke follows, with Russian defender Yuliya Efimova* towing her tale to the blocks with her once more and Olympic champion Lilly King (USA) among those up for the challenge.  Then Britain’s James Guy, after sixth in the 400m freestyle final, sets off on the defence of the 200m freestyle crown, another asterisk, Sun Yang*, the Olympic champion booed back and forth from blocks in Rio and hugged by FINA’s  puppet president Julio Maglione yesterday when he claimed 400m gold, among those challenging
