Bruno Fratus celebrated his 21.74 to 21.84 victory over World Champion Cesar Cielo at Brazil’s Maria Lenk Trophy in Rio de Janeiro with an arena Three Diamonds contract to a home Olympic Games in the same city next year.

Craig, Fratus actually didn’t beat Cielo at the Brazilian Open last december. In fact Cielo didn’t swam the 50m free (individual race) at that competition – he went to a 21,71 on the opening leg of the 4x50m relay.
