Katinka Hosszu and Chad Le Clos crowned 2013 World Cup Champions and win $100,000 each on last and painful day on tour. Aquatic globetrotting queen Hosszu missed a 400IM sweep of eight wins in eight finals when Mireia Belmonte (ESP) clocked her season best of 4:25.23 and world s/c champion Hannah Miley (GBR) took silver in 4:27.21 , forcing the weary Hungarian to settle for bronze in 4:27.66. For Hosszu the last races put the final strokes on the biggest pay day in the history of purses directly linked to the race – $365,000
