Fractured finger: why can’t she swim?

Craig Lord

She can and will, Clive, would be my take… she’s a tough girl…

According to other sources she already tried to swim but experienced pain.

It is said if something like this happens to a non-athlete but it is even more sad if it happens to a pro-athlete few weeks out of what should have been her main competition in 2015.

Get well soon Jeanette.

Personal Best

What? It’s ridiculous what people do… such a shame.

I hope she gets to swim… she’s very talented!

Also, poor Marco. That’s terrible. It’s not just the physical injuries that are troubling.

I agree.
It’s not just physical injuries. I’ve been in a situation where I was attacked viciously. The psychological trauma healed a lot longer than the physical injuries.

sink-or-swim

Now that’s a proper injury!

I’m sure she’ll make a fist of swimming, if she possibly can – you don’t give up a World’s medal lightly.

She’s a great athlete.
