There was an amusing moment when Adam Peaty looked like he might not make it to his blocks this morning at the magnificent Foro Italico on day 2 at the Sette Colli International. A mix-up with the entries had left his name off the start list. Coach Mel Marshall popped along to have a word and was asked ‘how can you prove he’s done that entry time’. She pointed a finger at the top of the start list, highlighting the line that needed no further comment: – WR 26.42  GBR PEATY Adam 1994 Kazan (RUS) 04/08/2015 – ‘Nuf said. Smiles all round – let the show go on
